CLUES

Command and Leadership Under Extreme Stress

In today’s competitive and pressured working environment Senior Managers need to be able to make clear, decisive and courageous decisions to be successful.

Command and Leadership Under Extreme Stress (CLUES) is intended to use some of the important lessons learnt during British military operations in Afghanistan.

Military personnel were required to make mission and safety critical decisions when operating under extreme pressure, whilst having to cope simultaneously with an evolving threat and catastrophic injury.

These lessons reflect many typical high impact strategic situations that today's Senior Managers will encounter on a regular basis throughout their careers. By immersing yourself into this dynamic, hard hitting training course, you will develop a better understanding of how to react and make clear decisions when all around you seems confusing.
